Can anyone tell me how to get the widgets working in the signatures? I can't seem to get it... >.>"

I just copied the http address between the inverted commas under the particular widget I wanted and stuck it between these [*IMG][*/IMG] removing the * of course.

I will need to write about 2000 words a day if I still want to make it, but that is really not a lot so I should be fine. I am going to try and write a bit more than that whenever I can though, just so that I don't have a mad rush at the end.

ME! But I'm making a point to reach the halfway point today, and then getting ahead when I can.

EDIT: Hit 26,000 words, so I'm not only AT the point I needed to hit today, I'm ahead, and will definitely be doing more writing tomorrow. Also- I went ahead and validated what I had, and that added 200 words onto my wc, which helped a lot.

I will. As I'm a little under 40k right now and write a good 1~3k per day and plan on writing through November 30 regardless of word count...yeah, good indication I will finish on time.

However...with the turn of events since my original early-October plannings up until this point, my book has taken a whole different route than I first expected it to. Which has been good, overall. It's been healing. At first I had almost caused myself burnout and was just plain discouraged (8,000 that first day on top of that week's events was not good...) and was considering letting the project go, but then things changed, and I've been consistently working through it since then. Hope is a beautiful thing.

Honestly at this point I don't think I will, but I'm gonna try my hardest and hope that writer's block/work/life doesn't get too much in the way.

I completely admit I had writers block when trying to do my catch-up- I did the 'money at typewriter' thing where I just kept typing away at it until I figured I had to have popped out a good sentence and could move onto the next section. I also filled in with flashbacks and an assasination attempt because I just needed to keep upping my wordcount.

I'm lowering my goal to 75k because my second story just needs to be rewritten completely, XD. So, I'm trying to get to 50k+ on my first story. Also, my motivation has severely dropped since hitting 50k.

Yay I am halfway, although a bit late. Still keeping up with 2000 a day, although yesterday I was not in the mood but reached my 2000 just before midnight. Last minute writing tends to help me focus.

Finished 50k. Now to return to one of my research papers. XD I'm not done with my book, since I'm writing/journaling every day, but for now I can refocus on school more than just 75% of the time

I have officially fallen into NaNo rebel territory. I am taking a break from my main story and writing a number of short stories that have been in my head for a while until I get some inspiration or motivation to get back into my main story.

If I stop writing I am going to quit, so for now I am just going to write something else for a while. It will probably only be today's quota and yesterday's, which I missed due to a family thing, hoping to get back to the main project on Monday.

I was away for 3 days, so I'm really far behind. I'm not sure I'll make it, but I'm still shooting for 50k, even though that's not possible. Especially since I have a huge amount of homework

I just hit 55,555. I thought I should share because it made me smile. :D

I've also officially surpassed last year's novel, Caroline, in word count. Which means that this project is officially my longest written piece ever. (Whoa! I wouldn't have thought that possible this time last year!)

And with that being said, I really, really wish I would have been smarter as I've been writing to take note of the different Bible translations I have used along the way with Scripture that I've been meditating on. Ah well, that will give me some added work to do as I'm editting my novel later on...back to work I go. (And by work, I mean playing City Story on my phone and making candy bars in factories....while also writing in my book. XD)

I get that way sometimes. Continue writing indeed. But if you intend to finish on time, make sure you get back to the main story pronto (after you write down the other ideas, of course).

I don't know, short stories worked pretty well for me last year.

I may not hit 75k, but I'll at least hit 50k on my first story and that's good enough for me. I don't really care what word count that is, XD.

I'm attempting to boost my daily wordcount to 3,000. Just because I can...I might as well do something while on Thanksgiving break, outside of writing massive research papers, that is.

EDIT: I just realized this is a ridiculous goal. I don't care! Onward! :D

I have increased my daily goal to 2500/day and have been keeping up with that surprisingly well. An email from my ML reminded me how good sprints work and I have been timing myself and writing in 15 minute bursts, which has been working very well so far. Too bad I didn't remember to do sprints in week 2.

IIIIII am just going to be content with the fact that I wrote 50k between two stories because I sort of doubt that I'll get to 50k on the first one. lol

You can do it, Winry! I have been doing 2500 words a day for the last few days and it is definitely not impossible. Good luck.

EDIT: \(^__^)/ Yay, I am FINALLY completely back on track! I intend to keep the 2500/day word count up till the end though.
