Funny because people believe that it's used to scare off the occult...

Either way, I think it's funny the first themed banner change did happen to be Halloween, that I found ironic, as it's quite controversial.

Though, I really like it, it's neat!

First major seasonal holiday since we redid the banners. And it's more harvest season than halloween specifically.

We could have themed it for Octoberfest or something but i don't think that would have gone over well either.

I guess we could have done something for like... labor day... but I don't know what.

We'll probably try to do most of the seasonals eventually, as time and graphic design creativity allow. We'll see how many we get to first try ;D.

May I suggest the following:
for thanksgiving: a turkey, cornucopia, or a pilgrim hat.
for Christmas: a snowflake, a shining star, or a Christmas Tree.

A bit off topic:

There's a town in TX called Pumpkin --but the fire trucks and other city vehicles have "Punkin" painted on them. :cool:

I also love the little pumpkins --they just say "fall" to me. And also fitting because of the return of the pumpkin spice latte to Starbucks.
