March Entry: Begin

Postby Aileen Kailum » Mon Mar 31, 2008 8:15 pm

So here it is, my entry, flying dangerously close to the end of the month. Hopefully I'm still in the contest window.

And just pretend there's a title page.

While working on this page, I thought, "Hey, wow, isn't it weird that everyone has fire in their comics?"
Yeah.

Final page! Shortly after completing this, my right hand fell off, and I was forced to reattach it with duct tape.

My idea for April is hide and seek.

Not all night. Just until about 3. And then I had to get up at 7. Isn't college so fun?

And thanks! I worked really hard on the panel composition. It about drove me nuts.

Cool Beans. Your perspective skills are really good in page one. Good drama.
Kawaii character. Does she have a name?
Good Luck Aileen K. :thumb:

OH YES!

College is great... XD. I'm working on an assignment for flash.. ugh I'm kinda bored with it though -_-

When did you start on it?

Ohh Panels drive me nuts too! But I'm glad I learned some advice about them last summer when I started on my webcomic XD. It really helps to know how to get them to flow.

You know, Noblewreck, she doesn't. I just now realized that.

CK, I started on Saturday. I think. It's all kind of blurry now.

Yeah.

Hmm, what a coincidence! XD

Great Entry, Aileen! I sure hope hitting my snooze button never prompts that sort of dream....
Wow, all these good comics and for a while I was worried no one would be able to do one this month.

That was really good! I like your art style, and thought you portrayed a nightmare pretty good. I also liked the panel layout (or whatever you call it); they really worked well!
You can find out things about the past that you never knew. And from what you've learned, you may see some things differently in the present. You're the one that changes. Not the past.
