We'll probably have to wait three painful years but unless he goes Satoshi Kon on us it is definitely coming because I'm pretty sure it is the anime that has made the most money this year based solely on ticket sales.

According to the Film Classification and Rating Committee of Japan: Berserk Golden Age Arc III has been classified as an "adult film" with the rating of R18+ (Kinda equal to the USA's NC-17 rating.) This comes to no surprise given that if you read what happens in the eclipse you know why.

Also, Evangelion Q’s (Which is going to air in 3 days) runtime is officially 106 minutes according to Minna No Eva Fan blog.
How long the eventual 3.33 DVD / BD version of the film would be obviously remains to be seen.

I think... I'd say the same about AMG? I know the series is based on a long manga, but I seriously believe that the anime needn't to go any further than the really sweet and great first OVA. Except Mini Goddesses, that is, because the lols.

I know I would. The second season was hard to sit through, for me. The end of the first season would have been a good place to stop.

So it turns out Tetsuro Araki, director of the famous modern classic Guilty Crown (also Death Note, High School of the Dead, and Kurozuka) is doing a new original show called Attack for Wit Studio, which is a splinter group from Production IG. Here is the announcement trailer and a couple other staff members. We're supposed to get some more information on it next Saturday.

Someone may have accidentally put up a Shingeki no Kyojin anime announcement on the official site and it's been taken down fairly quickly. Spring 2013.

Rumour is that this is what Project Attack (as in, on Titan) is. The typesetting in the trailer matches the logo for the manga, so I guess we'll find out in a few days.

Here's the website for ATTACK.

Well, if it is Kyojin then that's actually bad news.

It is too soon for an anime, not enough material yet.
But even if it has an awful anime original ending, I will still watch it if just for Potato-chan.
Also, wasn't there going to be a movie soon?

Nekomonogatari Black

A very curious decision for a number of reasons. Nekomonogatari is split into two novels, Black and White, which were released after Nisemonogatari. However, the story takes place before Bakemonogatari, but after Kizumonogatari. Nekomonogatari Black will be animated as a two hour special, airing on December 31, 2200-2400 JST on the two PPV satellite channels, Tokyo MX and BS-11, and Nico Nico Douga.

And may as well mention two other interesting adaptations that people may care about: SMT: Devil Survivor 2 and Dangan Ronpa, both directed by the Persona 4 guy. I'm particularly interested in Dangan Ronpa, I've heard great things about it.

Oh, and TWGOK is getting a third season.
