East Meets West: JPop/Rock Folder

I was actually wondering if the CAA would be willing to consider a Japanese JPop/JRock folder on the CAA forums mainly for reviews on artists CDs as well as comments about the artists themselves!
It could even be a broader folder as to include other kinds of foreign music. I know there is a "Jam Session" folder already but I just think foreign music should stay in a separate section within the CAA but that is just my opinion.
I, for one would love a Japanese/Foreign Music folder! But if you think this is a silly notion feel free to lock this thread!
