Oekaki board

The oekaki board is now up and running, and can be accessed via http://www.christiananime.net/oekaki.
To use the oekaki, you will need Java (this should already be installed). For more information, see the FAQ.
You need to register seperately on the oekaki to post. I'll be adding a navbar link to the oekaki soon.
