The Infinite Rainbow Vomit (aka Slater is Playing with HTML5 Canvas)

Postby Slater » Wed Dec 12, 2012 12:57 am

Got bored tonight and decided to fiddle around, picking the HTML5 Canvas as my victim. I decided to create an infinitely-scrolling rainbow thing (random-number based) and, well... This is the result < http://jsfiddle.net/n8XJx/ >.

Not sure what to say, but a couple of my friends thought it looked pretty spiffy. Figured I'd post it here; maybe it'll help someone or maybe someone'll have suggestions on how to optimize canvas usage? :)

When I read the title to this thread, I thought of this :

But was expecting the rainbow to be coming out of it's mouth. Apparently my thoughts were wrong. Regardless though, your endless rainbow was cool. :)
Luke 10:25-27 Mark 12:28-34 Matthew 22 Deuteronomy 6:4-5 Deuteronomy 10:12
“Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind, and your neighbor as yourself.”

No one is perfect, but by one prayer at a time, and one step at a time, God can make our paths straight.
