TV Nihon?

Has anyone out there downloaded from TV Nihon before? I've wanted to, but everytime I try to I jack up my computer. Could someone please help me figure out what all I need to download and what all I need to do to get stuff from that site?
Not right now, kiddo. It just makes me too sad.
