The Legend of Zelda - ClockWork City

Once a small, thriving town, Clocktown, the center of the land of Termina, has now become a thriving metropolis. While on the surface it seems like a Utopia to Hylians who have crossed their borders, the inside is a dark, evil place. The Ancients, the race who created the evil Majora's Mask, returned to Clocktown years after the Hero of Time left, they now rule with what some consider to be, an iron fist.

Edit: You can create your own characters, but I am looking for some people to play characters from the game, like the leader of the Bomber's, or Tatl.

Name:
Race:
Personality:
Appearance:
Age:
Misc: (Anything you want to add.)

Name: Kafei Dotour
Race: Hylian
Personality: Extremely loyal.
Appearance: Image
Age: 42
Misc: Leader of the Keaton's. (The Rouge Squadron/Spec ops group.)

Name: Anju Dotour
Race: Hylian
Personality: Shy, a hard worker, loyal to her husband.
Appearance: Image
Age: 40
Misc: Owner of the Stock Pot Motel, and second in command of the Keaton's. (The Rouge Squadron/Spec ops group.)

Eventually I will be introducing more characters, including some of the fairies, and the ancients.

Update:

Locations: (Outside of Clockwork City.)

The Deku Palace Casino.

The Great Bay Docks/Waste disposal plant.

Snowpeak Lodge.

Romani Ranch.

Gorman Ranch.

Ikana Towers ("Employment for the Undead!™ ")

ClockWork Tower (Home of the higher ups and the ancients.)

Race: Hylian
Personality: bright, a litte impulsive, and cares strongly for her family ranch.
Appearance: http://images2.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb2 ... Romani.png
Age:23
Misc: Runs Romani Ranch, and has lately begun expressing interest in joining the keatons

Yeah, that works. Accepted.
(I'm thinking of bringing in Link later, so he's not available.)

Can we make up our own characters? Or are we only allowed to use characters from the game? It's just that you didn't specify, and that people were choosing characters already from the game, so I'm a little confused.

EDIT: I didn't specify what I was confused about either. XD

Changed it, my bad.

Yes, you can make custom characters, you can also volunteer to play characters from the main game.

Okay, first of all, thank you so much for answering my first question! :)

Second of all, I'm a huge LoZ fan, so I have a lot more questions. Some of them are about the environment, and others are about the characters, so I thought I'd post my questions in here instead of sending a PM, so that others who are interested can have plenty of info. If I'm piling on too many questions, please let me know, so I can slow down a little. I'm not trying to be annoying, or give you a hard time, I'm just curious.

Okay, now that that's all cleared up, onto the questions!

1. It's now Clockwork City, instead of Clock Town. So, how much bigger is it? Does it reach out into the surrounding areas, like the mountains and the swamp?

2. Does it still have a wall around the outside?

3. What are the Ancients like? Do they use magic to keep people under control, or do they do it by hand?

4. What kind of technology do they have? Is everyone still using swords and bows? Or do they have guns now?

5. Are the fairies a few-people-only thing? Can everyone have a fairy if they want, or is there only going to be Tatl and Tael?

6. If no one else wants to be a Goron, will you be one?

Actually, I think those are some great questions. I'd like to add one. How many characters can we have? I'd like to be a zora, if possible, as another character. That'd be fun.

1. It's now Clockwork City, instead of Clock Town. So, how much bigger is it? Does it reach out into the surrounding areas, like the mountains and the swamp?

Yes, it reaches out into the surrounding areas, not exactly sure how far I want it to go though.

2. Does it still have a wall around the outside?

Definitely.

3. What are the Ancients like? Do they use magic to keep people under control, or do they do it by hand?

The Ancients use fear, fear of the monsters that have spawned outside Clockwork city, they use magic, and their own hands when the need arises.

4. What kind of technology do they have? Is everyone still using swords and bows? Or do they have guns now?

I think I'm going to go with a little steampunk, and have high powered bows and crossbows for the guards.

5. Are the fairies a few-people-only thing? Can everyone have a fairy if they want, or is there only going to be Tatl and Tael?

Fairies I will approve, though I may that remove the option.

6. If no one else wants to be a Goron, will you be one?

I might just do that.

7. How many characters can we have? I'd like to be a zora, if possible, as another character. That'd be fun.

You can have, for now at most, two characters. I might allow more characters if you can keep up with them.

How's this?

Name: Nashta
Age: 18
Gender: Female
Race: Hylian
Personality: Nashta is as fiercely loyal as Alez, but she tends to quietly keep to herself around others.
Appearance: Straight black hair that doesn’t quite reach her shoulders, deep forest green eyes, and pale skin
Weapons: A bow, and multiple knives that she can throw or use for close-quarters combat.
Misc: Nashta wears a tunic, chainmail shirt, sturdy brown leather boots, and leather gauntlets, like the Hero of Time once did. Her hair is tucked into her hat, and her tunic and cap are the same yellow as her Keaton mask, which she only ever removes when she is alone with Alez and/or the Dutours.

Nashta is an orphan, who was rescued by the Dotours when she was ten (about eight years ago), she came to see them as family, and now only answers to them and Alez.

She is also secretly afraid of large animals.

Name: Aleza, AKA Alez
Age: 18
Gender: Female
Race: Fairy
Personality: Alez is very stubborn, and is fiercely loyal to those she deems worthy of her trust, like Nashta and the Dutours. She also tends to be a bit reckless
Appearance: Like the fairies in OoT and MM, but Alez glows indigo instead of white or purple.
Misc: Alez and Nashta have been friends since they were little, after Nashta found and freed her from a trap. Whereas Nashta is afraid of some animals, Alez adores all creatures, big and small, and will often make friends of the rats that live in the shadows of Clockwork City.

I think I'll stick with two. Lemme see...

Name: Roshca
Race: Zora
Personality: Quiet and thoughtful, but determined when he gets inspired.
Appearance: ...like a zora I guess. He looks a lot like his dad, but has his mother's eyes.
Age: 13
Misc: He's one of the eggs from that singer...what's-her-name.

I'm going to post this on the main post, but I wanted to tell you guys about this idea I wanted to throw in. Adding Music to the roleplay. (For locations, action scenes, ETC.)

I'd like some feedback, and maybe some ideas on the locations. (The picture in my head of ClockWork city isn't complete, because I imagine not just the city changing because of the ancients, but the whole of Termina.)

Just get a URL for the image you want, past it in and then add "" on the other side. Yeah, the image button doesn't work anymore so you have to do it by hand. Just remove the quotes. xD

~Anju~

"And that will be how many rooms?" The Goron shrugged. "One should be fine, Gorro." Anju Detour smiled. "Very well, here is your key." She held her other hand out which the Goron quickly filled with a few rupees. Anju bowed. "Thank you, your room is just down the hall, room 201." The Goron snatched the key and wandered towards his room. Anju backed up away from the front desk and wandered into the kitchen, she walked over to a corner and pulled up a hatch in the floor, a wounded boy no more then twenty, came up through the floor. His characteristic red bandana wrapped around his arm. "Jim! Oh my, are you all right?" He winced. "I'm fine Mrs. Detour..." He hissed. "Just a scratch." Anju shook her head, then leaned down to tend to his wound. "What am I going to do with you boys? You're part of the Keatons now." Jim ground his teeth together. "We may be a part of your husband's group now, but... Agh... We're still the Bombers." Anju smiled sadly. "Times have changed Jim, we can't fight every battle." Jim glared up at Anju. "But we can try, the boy in green did." Anju's smile vanished. "Yes, but he's gone now..." She removed his bandana and cleaned his wound, then wrapped it up in a clean bandage. "That's all I can do for now, we have to save our potions." Jim quickly slipped his bandana back on, but not before Anju smacked him on the head. "Ow!" She frowned at him. "Now you better not be planning to do anything dangerous tonight, got that?" Jim sighed. "Got it." I walked over to the trap door and lifted it up. "Jim." Kafei stepped into the kitchen and nodded at the boy. "Meeting tomorrow, don't be late." Jim nodded, then disappeared into the floor.
