Multi-Creator RPG

Well, it seems like all the RPs I was previously part of died out....... So... I want to make a new one. One that I hope will last for a little while longer. One that hopefully will interest every RPer. But I need help with that. I'm only one person. So, I want to make RP in which we collect ideas and vote on them. The one with the most votes and enthusiastic energy is towards, will be the one we RP. (If the mods so choose to move this thread elsewhere, so be it.
