=Eulalia=

Looking around at everyone's faces, Eulalia scowled slightly in confusion. She looked at the orb she was squeezing and gasped. [I]Now's your chance! Before it's too late![/I] Eulalia's dark side exclaimed. Without holding back, Eulalia squeezed the orb as hard as she could.


=Chrysanthe, Kleon, Berenike, Annaliese=

Chrysanthe fell to her knees, holding her neck as she gasped desperately for air. Realizing that it was Eulalia who was doing this, her heart fell. "Eulalia... Stop..." she choked out, starting to see spots. Kleon and Berenike gasped as well, praying that Eulalia would stop.

~Lobinka~

She began fading, back into a corner of her mind where Emily could not reach. No, I can't give up. Not yet. Emily sighed. Please, Lobinka. You know you're part of me. You can't stay away for long.

Summer suddenly gasped for breath. She could barely breath. She felt all the oxygen getting sucked away.
She looked at Eulalia and knew that she was doing it. "Eulalia. Please. Stop," she gasped.
Suddenly, Summer couldn't hold on any longer. She fell to the ground unconscious.

--Raphael--
Because angels don't need to breathe, Raphael was unaffected by the spell. He'd also manage to heal his injuries. He established a connection with Eulalia's mind.
"I'm here." he said to Eulalia's inner self. "This isn't what you want, you know that. I know your heart. You are not a malicious person. You want to be queen to bring peace. That is a noble goal. Did you ever consider that Sophia might have a better idea than your mind could fathom? Why don't we see exactly what that idea might be?" he proposed.

=Eulalia=

Eulalia stopped squeezing the orb as she listened to Raphael. "Anything to end this torture, please!" Eulalia's good self cried.


=Chrysanthe, Kleon, Berenike=

Chrysanthe gasped in relief as the color returned to her face, as well as Kleon and Berenike.

--Raphael--
Raphael brandished his sword. "All right, foul demon, let's start round 2." Raphael said. "And this time, I'm serious. You are going down now."
Joanne asked, "Raphael, should I give her my blood yet?"
Raphael answered. "No, let me get rid of this demon first."
OOC: Have the demon attack again.

=Eulalia=

Eulalia's evil self drew her sword and smirked again. "You might've won last time, but I'm ready now." And with that, her evil self charged Raphael, sword swinging towards his side this time.

~Eruan~

He and Saphira gasped for air. Thank Sophia! He stood up. Are you all right Saphira? She shook herself. Yes, I am all right.

Summer slowly opened her eyes. I must be dead, she thought.
She looked around and saw the rest of the Resistance and Eulalia.
I'm definitely NOT dead, she thought jumping up.

--Raphael--
"Eulalia, do you really want her gone?" Raphael asked. "Then say it. Tell her to leave in the name of Sophia. Even she will have to listen to that." Raphael said as he sliced at her evil side again.

=Eulalia=

Eulalia's evil side grunted when she was sliced yet again. Eulalia looked at her bad side and glared. "I... I command you to leave in the name of..." she trailed off and the rest was mumbled, as she couldn't say it for some reason.

"LOUDER!" Eulalia's good side exclaimed. "I command you to leave in the name of Sophia..." Eulalia restated, though it was still quiet. Her good side glared. "I said, LOUDER!!! Scare her!" And with that, Eulalia mustered enough courage to say it. "Demon! I command you to leave in the name of Sophia!!!" She yelled at her evil side. The latter backed up in fear at the use of Sophia's name, clutching her wounded side.

"You wouldn't..." Her evil side whispered, glaring as she felt herself gradually fading. Eulalia smirked.

"I just did."

~Emily and Lobinka~

Lobinka continued to run, making herself smaller, more subtle, in Emily's mind. Lobinka knew her plan was working. Mother had drawn Emily in, then created her. Lobinka felt strange. She had been with Emily for far too long, and she supposed some of Emily was rubbing off on her. Sure, she felt bad for running away, but not for serving her mother.

Emily sat down, watching Lobinka run.

~Eruan~

He turned around at the sound of Shiro hitting the ground. He quickly ran over and lifted her head off the ground. "You all right?"

--Raphael--
"Good." Raphael said, and hugged Eulalia, sending peace into her body. "Now all we have to do is the gross part. You'll have to drink some of Joanne's blood. That will reverse your transformation. You'll even be able to see again."

Summer watched in amazement at what was happeing.
omg. How in the world? This is SO confusing...
Why did Eulalia have to drink Joanne's blood? She had So many questions to ask.
But for now, she just had to watch.

=Eulalia=

Eulalia grimaced slightly, but then realized with slight wonder that she didn't have bloodlust any longer. Then Raphael's words really sank in. I'll be able to see? She thought. Even though Eulalia had enjoyed being a demon until she realized that it was wrong, she had missed being able to see, though she would never admit it to Adarah or Lobinka. Eulalia nodded. "Anything to turn me back to normal," she replied quietly, her mind still shocked by the sudden change in spirituality.


=Chrysanthe, Kleon, Annaliese, Berenike=

Chrysanthe smiled and hugged Kleon. "She's finally back," Chrysanthe said as Kleon hugged Chrysanthe back. "For good."

~Emily~

Are you still there, Ariel? Lobinka winced at the name.

--Joanne--
Joanne took out a needle and pricked her finger.
Karin grabbed her hand. "Why are you doing this? She's our enemy now."
Joanne shook her head. "I don't think so. I sense inner turmoil in her mind. Her good side is winning, and I want to help it. Remember, the whole time she was our enemy, she was under Adarah's influence. She was not entirely acting with free will. I want to help her come back any way I can."
Karin shook her head. "You're far too forgiving, my sister." she walked away, unwilling to say anything further.
Joanne walked up to Eulalia and placed her finger in Eulalia's mouth. "If this is what it will take to break the spell, then drink." she said.
OOC: It's painful transformation time again. Then have Eulalia remove the ring. The spell is broken, so now the ring no longer works.
--Ariel--
"Emily, you don't really want Lobinka controlling you, do you? I can break everything Adarah has done to you, if you let me. I can even undo the bloodlust. You will be back to what you were before. But you must let me help you. I can do nothing without your consent."

~Emily~

She felt strange. Ariel was offering her something she wanted... When she thought about it, all that Lobinka was, and is, was her anger, her wrath. She swallowed. She vaguely remembered her transformation. She remembered it being painful. She bowed her head. "Am I ready to let go of my anger, to forget wrath, and go with mercy?" She smiled. "So long as I learn the truth, I will."

--Ariel--
"Then take my hand. I have a plan for you. I shall take you to my private place, where I can perform the necessary spell."

~Emily~

Emily reached for Ariel's hand. Lobinka stopped. Goodbye, Emily.
She bowed her head, assumed a meditative stance, and waited for Emily to give her up.

OOC: Let's not separate the two. When Emily learns the truth, she'll let go of the hate Adarah had given her, and no longer be wrathful.
Rock: I'll PM you about an idea I have.

=Eulalia=

Eulalia grimaced slightly as she drank some of Joanne's blood. Removing her mouth from Joanne's finger, Eulalia wiped some of the metallic-flavored substance from her mouth.
Her eyes suddenly widened as she fell to her knees, clutching her stomach as the vaguely-familiar pain washed over her entire body. "Ngh..." she muffled a cry of pain as she felt her wings shift. Believing this to be the worst it would get, Eulalia couldn't brace herself quick enough for the scream that ripped through her throat as her wings began deteriorating, as if being melted. "AH!" Eulalia's breathing became heavy. It felt as if someone was ripping her wings from her back.
After a while, she couldn't hear herself groan or scream anymore, her mind too focused on the pain. Opening her clenched eyes she saw that... Wait! She saw! She could see! And her skin was its normal pigment! The pain throughout her body dulled to an ache as her gasping slowed to shallow breathing. "It is over..." Eulalia whispered in relief.


=Chrysanthe, Kleon, Annaliese, Berenike=

The four, especially Chrysanthe, watched with agony as Eulalia's painful transformation took place. Chrysanthe had covered her ears and closed her eyes, hating the sound of anyone in pain. Berenike, desspite being over-joyed that Eulalia was back to normal, couldn't help the few tears that gathered in her eyes when she saw her child in pain.

--Joanne--
"Let us hope the pain is a good teacher. It always was for me." Joanne said. "What? Are you that surprised that I forgave you?" she asked Eulalia. "Come here, my child. I have never forsaken you, even when you betrayed me. You were never far from my thoughts. It is my prayers that granted you your salvation."
She coaxed Eulalaia to hug her.

=Eulalia=

Eulalia hugged Joanne without hesitation, burying her face into the fabric of Joanne's clothes like a child seeking comfort. She let her pride and arrogance leave her for the moment, wanting nothing more than to relish the peace she had missed. Her lip quivered as she struggled not to break down. "Nokisme... I'm so sorry," she said, a tear running down her cheek. "I really am sorry."

~Eruan~

He looked at Shiro, putting his ear to her chest. "Sophia help me..." He growled. "She's not breathing!" He pushed on her chest at 5 second intervals. Then he placed his lips over hers, and breathed into her. "Come on..."

OOC: Hey everyone! I've noticed the story has hit a sort of lull. I think as a group we will move on to a new phase. Roklem will lead the Resistance to a town under Sophia where they can replenish, socialize, etc. Evil armies will soon be coming as a evil-countering group is being formed in Adarah's realm. I would like to get this kicked up sometime tomorrow (1/11), so if anyone has any ideas or requests for the story, please PM me so we can get this back up and running. Thankies! :3

Sophia came to visit Eulalia.
"Eulalia, I have instructions for you. You must heed them. Joanne has given you over to my care, and this is my part of the agreement for changing you back."
--Joanne--
Joanne awoke and performed her morning meditation.
OOC: Soran, you can have Roklem open the tent and see her meditating. I'll have her children greet you.

~Eruan~

He ducked into Shiro's tent, only to duck back out with a blush on his face. "Morning, Shiro." Len was off to the side, shaking his head and trying to cover up his laughter.

~Emily~

She stretched out. Strych, She projected. We're heading for the portal. She shrugged her stuff on. All right, Ariel. I'll be taking Zoe towards the portal. I hope this will work... She snuck into Karin's tent. The baby cooed at her. Emily smiled. Don't worry, little one. She scooped the baby up, then bent the shadows around them. She remembered what Ariel had told her last night. That one of Adarah's minions had attacked and burned their village. She didn't seek revenge, but she sought justice. Lobinka, come on! Emily ran out of the village. I'm almost there.

OOC: Eruan knows about her turning back. But so far, Strych hasn't figured it out.

Summer walked over to Chrysanthe. "Hey sis? What just happened," she asked her.

--Karin--
"My baby! Zoe's gone again!" Karin ran out of tent. She ran toward's Eulalia's tent, thinking the whole transformation must've been a ruse.
OOC: She still doesn't trust Eulalaia yet.

~Emily~

Since she let go of Lobinka, her senses had grown stronger. She sensed Karin's fear.
Eulalia, forgive me... She sighed. How much farther to the Portal, Strych? He growled, flapping his wings faster then before. A few more miles. Why? Emily patted him on the back. Then we're making good time. Thank you. Strych hummed.
