Hey! I actually stumbled across this site a while back and then I decided to join... I guess some things about me are that I've been into anime since I was little, due to my uncle's large collection of it. When I was about seven I started to go to church and I was actually baptized last Easter. For the longest time I've enjoyed drawing and I'd like to eventually do something meaningful with that ability. I also enjoy playing video games when I have some free time- usually at night after babysitting my siblings and whatnot.
Last thing I can think of is I feel really awkward when I start conversations etc. like this. ^_^''

1. I've been into stuff like Dragon Ball Z, Naruto, Death Note, Bleach, etc. for a while but I'm starting to get into Shojo-ish anime like Kaichou wa Maid-Sama.
2. Two years ago my mom had medical issues like blood clots and even cancer at one point. I honestly think it was seeing my mom go through that stuff that truly made me realize God's watching out for me and He's got a plan for everyone. I finally worked up the courage to ask if I could be baptized earlier this year after I went to Acquire the Fire, an event held in Chicago that I attended late-ish last year.
3. It depends on my mood, but I'm fond of Super Mario and Zelda games to a degree.

I do, huh? I don't put much thought into how my faith is in God, it's sort of "second nature". Acquire the Fire is a great event, I've only been there once though. I would love to go again because it was really inspiring. I would say awesome is the term for it!

2. it's fine. What's done is done. I thank God she's still alive. Comparing now to before that happened, I think my family ended up closer together than before. Not to mention my mom quit smoking, so it has it's benefits.

My favorite Zelda game would have to be A Link to the Past. I've played it for a long time, the first time with my Grandfather so I have quite a few fond memories of it.
My favorite anime character? Either Erza Scarlet from Fairy Tail or L Lawliet from Death Note.
