What you think about the new Windows 10 os?

I got a windows 7 operating system which can be upgraded to windows 10. Is it worth is at this point? A part of me want to update but a part wants to wait XD. What is the good and bad things you saw in windows 10? And does anyone knows if the windows 10 32bit can handle more than 4gb or ram? Ty for your time.
