Recently I decided to help out at my Church and join our Praise and Worship team. I play the bass guitar. Any idea where I can get some sheet music or tabs?

Your church would probably be the best place...Most of the songs are under the CCLI and you have to have a license, but your church probably has one if they sing those songs...

theres a lot here http://www.christianguitar.org i'm not sure if they would have all the songs your looking for but they have a lot of tabs and stuff here
