Absolutely. One only improves with practice...lots of practice...and training As a martial arts buff, I'm sure you understand that quite well.
I like your drawings, I consider myself an artist, but I'll be honest; I stink when it comes to drawing anime characters. You've got a better start than I do!-

nice stuff. really like your line arts they have a nice sketchy quality to them. and good job on the watercolors, i like the monochromatic coloring schemes on the different characters *jumps up and down* good to see a fellow artist using them

i inked the Valentine and drew this two new ones' hehe i guess i based the one with the boy holding the kid off of naruto style a little just with the whole shinobi gag ^^ stupid digital camera doesn't make these pics come out too well i'm afraid......grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

well i finished some more pics ^^ quick explanation is needed tho :
alright the first two are a before and after of my shading ^^ this is not traced tho i did base this off of the series Desert Coral used the cover for some help in placement but THAT"S IT! ^^ I DON"T TRACE >< heh
alright for the rest i got a Trigun pic for all you trigun fans ^_^ *coff coff Violet eyed* ;p heh
and for teh rest , one off of . Hack and the other is from Chrono Crusades ^_^ enjoy ^^
