The holidays literally just finished, things are always slow at times like these.

I'm hardly even on to post anymore, much less to chat.

I hve been unable to log into chat since my freak out inccident as doing so causes immediate depression and strong anxiety... but I see users in there all the time.

Every time I've gone on chat since the conversion to phpBB it has been dead. I had thought that perhaps people weren't using it anymore because the box that says who's on is gone.

But there...is a box that says who's online...

Yes, and now that I've sorted out to problem I was having with it I'll probably be in there a lot more.

I think things a quiet in there now because we are still in the Christmas/new year's break/vacation/family get together season, and a lot of people are away or have just had there schedules messed up. I know my routine goes all to pieces between semesters.

Heh, I'd probably have been in there when you posted this thread if I wasn't playing games and listening to old podcasts.

Wow, I haven't been on the chat in ages. I guess I just sort've forgot about it when the upgrade came. But maybe I'll stop by sometime. I've missed you guys.

Heh, I barely went on as it was. But I don't think I've seen the little bar ever show anyone in chat, so maybe thats a bug.

I've seen the bar show people in chat and I've been in there with people but it's usually late at night.

You're not far off, though. Not sure of the exact number of posts you need to have....but the limit is fairly low, but just high enough that they don't get a bunch of bots or spam in the Chat. Just keep building yourself up in CAA's community and you'll be in the Chat in no time!

One note, posting in the goof off won't help the post count, just keep posting like you have been. ;D

Not really, although I rarely used it much to begin with.

Deep down, I feel there has been a down draw to people using the chat now a days. Back in older days of CAA, that chat was very busy, but a number of us got older and just don't have time to stay in the chat long or at all. Add the fact that a number of people that were teens back in the day, have finish college and now working and have moved on. I know that I have in a way as being married and I just don't have time to be in the chat.

Actually, I've been going in there quite a lot lately, so if you want someone to talk to, I'm usually in there. But I'm only in there in the evenings, 'cause I have chores, homework, etc, to do during the rest of the day.

I drop in now and then, but nowhere near as often as I used to.

Well, I just got back, but I was in there all the time when I first started. Maybe if a certain alien I knew was in there, I'd be more inclined. Actually, there's no one there now and that's what I'm waiting for.

I enter the chat a lot during the day, but nobody wants to talk to me.
