I remember when people actually looked forward to Half-Life 2 Episode 3.

I know before I came off a little strong but after getting the answers I got back from them it raises more red flags than anything and has me more concerned on weather this projects is actually true to the bible or not.

If there's not a minigame where I can spy on Bathsheba naked and then send her husband to die so I can marry her then no sale.

This game stops before David is even king so unfortunately you'll have to wait for the sequel for that Nate.

Okay okay but can we at least have a level where David has to collect foreskins from the Philistines to marry Michal?

Also I hope after you beat Goliath there's another boss after him, Elhanan, the son of Jaare–oregim, and you have to fight him because he tries to kill you so he can take credit for slaying Goliath.

Despair, Peanut, for this campaign has finally reached its funding goal.

Surprising, to say the least. At the rate it slowed down, I fully expected it to fail. Guess it was just a lull in donations. Still, it's not going to make its first stretch goal unless something quite dubious comes up last minute.

Yep. It made funding...and Human Resources hasn't yet...sigh this world.

That's what it gets for not having an unreasonable funding system or relying on gimmicks.

Somehow I think these are different kinds of gimmicks. One is "We've made this level nearly impossible to beat, pay $0.99 to have it beaten for you," while the other is "live the life of an incredibly important historical figure!"

Basically. Look at this game and tell me I would have made its goal if it weren't about the Bible. Take that away and what do you get? A mediocre, PS2-era looking platformer whose only selling point is...nothing. I mean, one of the big features is that you can pause it, so would you expect anything more? At least Angry Birds, as far as I know, is a complete, polished game. David won't even have seven out of its ten episodes.

FINALLY. You'd think that video games would have had this feature years ago.
