There are two girls at church I have crushes on, one who I've been friends with for awhile, who's younger then me. And another, who is the sister of one of my friends at church.
Pray that I won't try and ruin friendships for something that might not work out.

Having... er... multiple crushes can be tricky and lead to a number of problems. I say stick to one girl and just ask her out! Get her coffee or ice cream or something!
Truth be told, when you're 16 it's rare for things to work out. Doesn't mean that it doesn't! I know some people (read: SOME. Very few) that have had successful relationships at a young age. But even so, you should always go for it! It's always a good learning experience and stuff.
